Ripped right away my first time putting them in. Not sure the integrity of the material. My other tights by this company also tore just after a couple uses. Too bad. Love the colors and designs but not sure about the integrity of the material. Customer service didn’t offer to refund or resend another.

Hi Meredith, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed. When you contacted us about your SOFIA thigh highs, we asked for a photo and carefully reviewed the damage, including with our manufacturer and their quality-control process. Based on that review, we were unable to determine that the hole was present when the hosiery was manufactured or shipped. We shared our findings with you by email but unfortunately did not hear back.

You also mention another pair of VienneMilano tights tearing after a few uses. This is the first we've heard about that issue, so unfortunately we never had the opportunity to look into it or assist.

We take product quality and customer concerns seriously and are always happy to investigate when something doesn't seem right.

These fishnet stockings are a lot of fun, definitely brings out that vintage feel too! I usually wear this with a dress but I've experimented them with shorts too. The material is soft and does not cut into your skin. They don't get stretched out even after washing them.
